tampon problems ??

they arent painful
that is, not the first time. i can wear one comfortably, but once i take it out, it hurts to put one in for the remainder of my period (i assume. i havent really tested the length of the recovery properly)
when i first tried tampons, it was SOOO comfy and i wore them every day of my period, and i do a lot of movement (have you tried chearleading for an hr straight with a pad bc dont it sucks) so i would love my precious tampons back 😫😫😫 i dont have an obgyn and my mom and sister dont know much about tampons

A lot of women are really sensitive to the chemicals in tampons. I'd look into menstrual cups! The Precious Stars youtube channel has a lot of info about them. I love my Ruby cup. They last for 10 years, you can go 12 hours without changing it, you can't feel it, and there are a lot more benefits. Good luck!

I have the same problems and being that im in the cheer team at school i know how you feel! I know having pads on feel like you are a little child again but if it hurts that much give yourself a day in a pad and see if it hurts again the next day. I only started using tampons but the problems are real. Mine are fine until i pull it out and it hurts like a bitch.. But after putting on a pad for a day and trying again another day is probably the way to go
