First time taking a Plan B pill

So, I'm 17 and me and my boyfriend regualarly have sex.. Protected, of course. However, we decided to go for it without a condom and I'm not on any birth control pills.. We bought a plan b and I took it a few hours after.. How effective is it really? Should I be scared? Or worried 😕.. It was our first time and he swears he didn't "cum" in me so .. I'm not sure? Someone advise me 😳
