38 + 3 preggo with gallbladder pains!!!

Im 38 +3 days preggo.. but i been having really bad pains at the top of my stomach and it goes down my ribs .. i can berely breath... i had my gallbladder remove last october.. but im experiencing the same pains again.. i dont know what to do.. i call my obgyn.. but he is not in the office until next monday... i tought the surgery was going to be end of my suffering. Im scare to get them again because they hurt so bad... HAS ANYONE HAD THIS HAPPEN??? WHAT DID YOU GUYS DO?
