baby movement??

ftm, I'm 14w4d and I'm laying in bed and all of a sudden I felt this weeeeird feeling right where my uterus is. it felt like something was crawling on me or something, but I felt it on the inside, and it made me flinch because it freaked me out and as soon as I moved it went away. was this my baby?? it was a very distinct feeling I've never felt before. very weird lol but idk! 😭
