Just a question!!! SO SICK!!! Help

Can anyone inform me on what doctors are supposed to do if you're throwing up, running a fever, face & hands swollen, etc.? I am going to the doctor as soon as they open & if there's a chance of me being admitted I would like to be prepared. I've thrown up nothing but liquids and ran a fever all night.. My face is so swollen that even my teeth are hurting 😭 the past two days I haven't felt baby move as much but I figure it's because she's growing so rapidly... I'm 35 + 3... I know none of you know a definite yes or no but is it likely I may need to be prepared to get admitted?
