weird bump

This month and last month a few days before my period I get a weird bump on the front right outside part of my vaj. It feels sensitive kind of like a zit but it's under the skin. It starts out small but as my period gets closer it gets bigger and becomes more sensitive. Anyone know what this is/had something like this? I thought it might be a swollen lymph node but idk
