PMS help

I need input from women who have dealt with bad PMS and found something to give them relief. My PMS had been getting worse with each period. This month, it started immediately after ovulation, so I have been feeling pretty bad for two weeks. Cramping, nausea, headaches, fatigue are constant. Also, extreme irritability plus depression and anxiety. I am looking for something (preferably an herbal supplement or tea) to help me get through this more easily. I'm hoping for actual experiences, but if you have any input at all, I would appreciate hearing it.
