Every single time I get my period I get a terrible migraine. So bad I can't walk straight. I've tried every kind of over the counter head ache medicen no relief. Could birth control help with this. Every thing else with my period is normal except these crazy one day migrianes.

doctors actually do not recommend birth control pills to people with frequent headaches or migraines.

My migraines were helped with birth control (I don't have auras), but what was more important for me was to figure out my specific triggers. I kept an insanely detailed journal tracking how much sleep I had,  what food I ate, when I ate it, how much water I drank, etc and after about a month or two I was able to start noticing commonalities.
