Weight Watchers vs. Jenny Craig?

Wondering if anyone has had any luck using either of these programs for weight loss? I'd love to hear your experiences and see any progress pics. I'm looking into both and would love to hear your personal experiences :)

Weight watchers is the most effective and the most sustainable weight loss plan. You don't order meals through a plan. You learn how to make healthier choices which means you have a better chance of staying healthier

Weight watchers definitely worked for me before! Right now I've been doing myfitnesspal to work off some baby weight. It's not as good as weight watchers, but I'm down 5 pounds so far.

I did ww twice and lost weight every time. Kept if off until I got real sick and got shots of steroid for a month and gained a bunch of weight now I can't get ride of it very upsetting..

I say stay away from processed food and try making your own .
