VBAC?? (Vaginal birth after c-section)

I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I want to deliver natural so bad! My first was a c-section at 32 weeks due to pre eclampsia. I was so sick and had to go through 3 blood transfusions and stayed in the hospital for two whole weeks! So I just really want to try for a VBAC and have an at home birth because many hospitals don't support VBAC.. Was anyone successful with a natural birth after a c-section??
