Blood thinners

Halle • Wed, Aug 17 • 21 years old and I`m a first time mom! Due date is September 25th and I`m so excited for my little one!

So I've been on Lovenox since I was 7 weeks pregnant and now I'm toward the end of my pregnancy (34w+3d) and was wondering if there are any moms who are experiencing the same pregnancy or has experienced giving birth with a blood clot disorder. Just getting nervous as I'm closer to delivering 😖 Also I'm a FTM! So if anyone has any labor stories or advice I would gladly appreciate it! Any feedback is welcome!
