Rude comments

So I'm sitting in my docs office waiting to be called and some girl sits next to me and says, you're big! So I kindly smiled and told her that having twins and tried to keep a straight face but I guess she seen the aggravation on my face. I've already been in a car accident this week and I'm 4.5cm dilated and 60% effaced. This has not been a good week for me at all and the crap that comes out of people mouths makes you want to smack the hell out of them. Ugh
