Sciatica relief please!! 😩
I've gone to the chiropractor multiple times, had a prenatal massage Saturday, stretch, use a heating pad and have taken tylenol with no relief. It gets so bad that I want to put my fist through the wall. Anyone else with this pain that has advise on how to manage it? 😰
