Is 300$ too much !!???!!?

We have done all our pictures with this photographer ! She is charging 300$ for newborn session . I was wondering is that reasonable ? And yes, I know how much work they do and how hard it is to deal
With a newborn lol I just wanna know if it's reasonable? And how much did you pay?

EDIT POST: two hour session / 25-30 images / as many outfit changes

Newborn pictures shouldn't be that much that's WAY too much. I also live in Florida Brandon area and they charge half that.

That's reasonable, I live around st Louis MO and all the photographers charge 250+

They have a wonderful photography service offered at the hospital where I birth and I wanna say it was about 150. And that is them coming to your room with all the gear and taking really awesome photos. This included a disc of every picture taken. I mean these aren't 2 year Olds it's not that hard. She'd position baby put her in a basket etc and snap away, baby didn't move lol. Now ages 2 thru 4 or 5 can be more. You never know how long it will take for the child to smile😅

This depends on how long your session is, how many looks you're getting, is a book or prints included in that price?

That sucks . my photographer does all of mine for free. I'm blessed.  But I know before I had him just for newborn photos I paid $300

I live in ND and the lady charged up $100 for a 2 hr session. The pics were turned out great!! I'd never pay that much!

The newborn photographer were going to charges $900 for maternity and $1200 for newborn 1 hour and 15 images. So I think you're getting a good deal. The only reason we're going to her is cause it's my MIL's friend and she's giving her a deal and my MIL wants to pay for our baby shower gift, otherwise forget it!

We are pay $600 for our pictures which is very standard here. It's a 5-6hr session including our family. We get a disc with the final pictures and printing rights.

I live in Tampa, FL. I know a really good photographer in the area that's doing mine in about a week when I'm induced if she decides that she doesn't want to come until then:) she's doing a first 48 for me where she will come to the hospital and photograph pictures and then a newborn session about 4-5 days after that in a different environment :) I'm paying about $200 for both
