Swelling of Lady Bits

For about 3 days now I have noticed my lady bits are swollen by the end of the day. I assumed it was from pressure because of being on my feet and it was always gone the next morning. Today though I woke up and everything was fine around 7 am and now at almost 11 I am already swollen and I have not been up because I am not feeling to well today. This is my 3rd baby and I never experienced this before. I also have not called my doctor yet because my youngest daughter has a doctor's appointment in a few hours and I don't want to have to miss it just to go to an office visit to find out that this is completely normal. So I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what helped prevent it?
