Living My Body
I saw this picture on Facebook and I have never related to a Facebook post so strongly. I have incredibly fast metabolism. I'm twenty pounds underweight for my height. I eat all the time, junk food and healthy good and soda and milk and what have you, and I cannot gain weight. But I'm told my boobs are too small. My butt is too small. My hips aren't wide enough. I need to eat more. I'm too bony.
Well I've had enough of all that.
I have curves, even if they aren't as deep as someone else's. People of all body types are beautiful. There's nothing wrong with a 34C and a flat tummy and long legs and I'm tired of being made to feel like I'm doing something wrong because my body type does not gain weight like someone else's. If you're big, you're beautiful. If you're small, you're beautiful. If you're in between, you're beautiful. If you're hella muscular, I'm jealous of you, and you're beautiful.
Love your body, girls. Whether you're "bass" or "treble" or skin and bones or an hourglass or pear or Apple or whatever stupid body type labels society has called you. You're beautiful, your body is beautiful, and the same goes for me.
So love yourselves. And don't put down others. Because I'm going to love my little body and I'm going to love your body, whatever shape it is.
