Round ligament pain?

Have this bad pain today when I woke up an hour ago and still have it feels like bad cramps in my pelvic area and goes all the way around to my lower back/ tailbone area..  could this be round ligament? What do they feel like for you? I am also 20 weeks and a day.

I went to the hospital yesterday and spent 4-5 hours for them to tell me my pelvic and back pain was round ligament. They checked for a UTI but came back negative. I am 26 weeks and feel absolutely uncomfortable. They told me to get a pregnancy belt and it will help take the weight off your back to help support.

Round ligament pain is more like you pulled something, because it is literally a ligament that is being stretched to its capacity. It doesnt usually ache for more than a few minutes, and its usually because of your positioning.
