Really need advice

So I thought I had a great guy. Guess I was wrong. Sense I been pregnant, I have been dealing with a lot of issues. I'm already dialated and lost part of my mucus plug plus slowly leaking fluid. I had a threatened miscarriage in my first trimester. I can't have sex and been on bed rest. My fience told his EX whome he has been messing with sense July, that he loves her, they send nudes back and forth. It makes me feel useless, unwanted, not worth it And it hurts to know he can look me dead in the eyes and lie.

Am I wrong for not wanting him back because he cheated again? I told him that of he loves me like he says he does He would get rid of her. As he responds with I will later. Still has not done it. I get nothing but excuses.
