6 week ultrasound

I am 6 weeks (give or take a couple of days) and had my HCG Levels tested on Monday and they were 12,579. Then on Thursday and they were 11,114. Went in for my ultrasound on Friday and they could see a perfect sac and possibly a start of a yolk. My OBGYN is "optimistic" since I know I ovulated later (with LMP it would have put me at 6w5d) and she is going to do another ultrasound next week. Anyone have similar situation? I've already had one missed miscarriage in April 😔
