High risk for downes syndrome...

I had my blood results back which said I was at high risk of my baby having DS and my chances were 1 in 82. I have decided to have no further testing as the condition will make no difference to how my partner and I will love our son. I'm just worried about the wait! Has anyone else been high risk and had a baby that's perfectly healthy? Or know of anyone who has? I just need a bit of hope.
