Constipation remedies ?

My babygirl is constipated and I've looked up a few things to help relieve her, but I wanted to know from experience what worked for you mom's ? I just hate seeing her in pain and straining so hard & nothing is coming out /:

I second the warm bath and tummy massage. I learned this when my LO and I were bathing together. 😒 Lol

A warm bath while massaging the tummy works great for my little guy. Poops in the tub every time! 😂

I filled a sock with rice put it In the microwave for about 45 secs, wrapped a thin blanket around and placed it on my baby's belly; about 10 mins later my baby is relieved and I do it every time I see she's having trouble popping. Good luck... Oh I also give her herba buena (peppermint tea)
