Confused

Okay ladies I need some help/ advice. My last period started 7/15/16 and lasted 5 days. It was normal as far as length but no cramps at all, slightly lighter flow than normal. Normally I have a 29 day cycle. I have yet to get my period for the month of August, with no signs of it starting any time soon. I would be I week late currently. I dont feel like I ever got a positive opk this month but it was close. I will post the picture of opk's. I took a hpt the day I was due and it was negative,  also took one again yesterday stillnegative. Do I assume I am out this month ? Our is it possible its just to early for hpt?
