Meal planning
Can someone take the time out to help me meal plan. I'm not picky when it comes to foods and I'm willing to try anything. But I want to loose weight I went from 165.0 to 212.0 after my first baby it's time to make a Change. I feel like the best way to start is to eat healthy. Maybe if someone could give me breakfast lunch and dinner snacks (if any) how much water to drink. I'm so lost and confused.
