Ugh! Never ending period!?

I am currently halfway through my second month of birth control. The first month went fine and everything was normal. This second month however has been a huge mess. I take my pill same time every day but about 5-6pm I start getting cramps and light bleeding that eventually turns into moderate bleeding and clots. Usually by mid morning it stops and I'm fine with no bleeding or spotting until again the evening. This happens every single day and this is day 15 of this issue. Should I try a stronger pill, give it more time or could it be something really wrong? I try not to freak myself out so I haven't googled anything I want opinions. Thank you.
