Vaccine !

Anyone heard of or thought about the whooping cough vaccination while pregnant? I'm torn between getting and not getting it. Heard if baby gets it within first 6 months after birth it can be very fatal and may cause brain damage. I have not heard any side effects to the baby in getting the vaccine while pregnant but I don't know if enough research has been done. I read positive comments on the Internet about pregnant women getting it so I really don't know. Wanted to get other women's thoughts on this who are currently pregnant.
