Cyst before egg transfer!!

I went for my first ultrasound yesterday before starting injections for FET. They found one cyst on my left ovaries. RE told me to wait another week in hopes that it clears. I don't think it will clear in one week. I don't want to postpone it for long. Can this cyst harm the embryo if I decide not to wait much longer? Has anyone been on this same situation. I was on the same situation right before egg retrieval.
