Has this happened to anyone?

For the past couple of weeks whenever i cough i get a pain in the middle of my chest i also sometimes cough so bad i almost throw up.....i dont cough all day long. More like once or twice a day sometimes not even that day at all.. i am 38 weeks pregnant... Also i am not a smoker and never have been a smoker... but i am around people who smoke.. sadly.. 😕 Has anyone had this happen? Should i mention it to my doctor?
