Very light spotting and cramps

So I'm 18 weeks and my boyfriend and I had sex a couple hours ago. I'm just noticing some very light spotting and I'm getting very mild cramps (but that could also be from stuffing my face at dinner). It's late now so I can't call my doctor but should I be worried or is this normal? It's not a lot at all but of course it's still concerning to see
