freezing cold before period

I didn't have a period for about a year because I was on Depo. I've had my periods back for about 3 months althought I am not on an actual cycle yet. I am starting to get cramps, back pain, and headaches. But last night I woke up shivering but I wasn't even cold at all.. I'm starting to have it happen again. Does anyone else get this? Is it normal?? Please help!!!
