Questions 😩😩 TMI😳😳🙄

Hey ladies now I had my daughter June 20th she just turned 2 months now that's out the way 😁 I just officially got my first period since having her but this period is horrible I'm bleeding sooooo heavy I'm passing clots every time I sit I have to get up because it's coming out my clothes its Bright red I never had a period this like this Heavy every time I go to the rest room it looks like a crime scene 😩😩 I can't go outside  it comes straight threw my clothes is it anything I can do to slow it down ??Anything 😩😩😩 and is this Normal I read a lot of different things not good things at all 😔
