I'm new to this whole healthy thing to be quite honest. I'm 5'3, and 175 pounds. I'm a teenager and really don't do anything but sit in my house all day, literally, I maybe leave the house to even go outside a few times a month. I eat a ton of junk and I've gained so much weight. I should see results from Replacing Chips, burgers, chocolate, cheese, soda and all that with fruits, vegetables, chicken and fish. Right? Along with simple exercises and more walks? Or is this not gonna do much for me? Any tips you can give me would be much appreciated! 😌 are seasonings real bad? Like lemon, or pepper? How many times should i eat throughout the day? I'm just hoping making these changes I'll see Results.Β
