After he starts penetrating with just the tip, have him hold steady while you get used to it, if it's still hurting, then he needs to start pleasuring you, this helps so much, when the pain is no more, he needs to push all the way in while still pleasuring you. Then slowly start having sex again, once your ok let him know so he can pick up speed.
