Spotting/bleeding & very confused

I am 4 weeks 4 days. Friday night (8/19) I had gone to the bathroom and I had a  yellowish discharge with a hint of pink. I was cramping before this. I couldn't really tell if I was spotting or not. The next day(8/20) I had just some very light pink spotting off and on with some mild cramping. Very small amount. Today(8/21) it's gotten a little darker. Still pink just not as light in color if that makes sense. Still not a large amount. I was using a panty liner but switched to a small pad. This has no flow like a period and is much lighter, but heavier than the first day it began. I feel as the days progress I get a little more nauseous and my breast are sore. I'm not sure what to do or what's going on and I'm just really nervous. 😰 I contacted my doctor but I haven't heard back yet. 😕
