CD 69...

I've been cramping on and off today like I was going to start my period... But it still hasn't shown. Now I can't sleep. I usually sleep on my stomach but it's kind of uncomfortable. Sides don't help and sleeping on my back only works when I'm sick. Don't have any sleep meds either. I don't know what's going on with me but I was hoping for a period. Lol still AF is a no show. Any ideas ?? Suggestions, opinions welcome.
