Flat Head

Is anyone's baby starting to get a bit of a flat spot? My son had a slight spot at 2 months that i spoke with his dr about, and he didn't seem too concerned and said it would correct itself once hes upright. Now a month later its a little worse, i try to be conscious of when im setting him on his back and am trying to sit him up or lay him on his side as much as possible. He absolutely hates tummy time and i dont know what else to do. I feel like a bad mom.
