Stomach ache?

I've had a horrible stomach ache for the past week. I have called my ob a few times to see if it's anything to be concerned about and they just keep telling me to rest. I ended up at labor and delivery on Thursday with painful contractions and got sent home. I called my ob Friday and they said I probably have the stomach bug going around. I haven't had any more contractions but it's not getting any better. I don't know what to do ):
