The "right time" to start a family

Ok ladies what do you think? Is there ever a right time to start a family? Sure, it's best to be married, have money, a nice place to live ect. But I feel like we are over thinking this. I'm almost 29, married for less than a year and very happy. Life is complicated but when isn't life complicated!? I want to start a family. And we want at least 3 kids. My heart is breaking. He was ready to start then freaks about money and wanting to buy a house first ect... I guess I just need to give him time and try to calm myself before I inch one step closer to 30...
