Anybody use Vitex??

I started taking it on July 29 it was Cd26 so by Aug 2 AF was here, Ive taken it everyday. My O is usually CD14-16 this cycle it was CD19😔so Im 2dpo... Anybody use vitex and have this happened? Did it go back to normal the following cycle? I should add I started taking vitex because I took a 7DPO progesterone test and it was 4.9 indicating I had a weak O and low progesterone so Vitex is supposed to regulate ur estro & prog which is why i took it, I vae a 13-14 day LP and regular periods of 29 days... Im kmfxd i get lucky this cycle and get my BFP but im worried that if i dontthen im looking @ a 30something day cycle :(
