One ovary!!!!

Do any of you lovely ladies only have one ovary? When i was pregnant with my first we had not been trying come to find out he is my miracle baby. I ended up having him three months early and during my c-section we found out I have a bi Cornic uterus and only one ovary. As dangerous as it may be for my health we have been trying for six months to have another baby with no luck. Has anyone experienced the same issues and if so how did you overcome them?
