Why have I got a bump?

I've just recently found out I'm pregnant with my first and I'm roughly about 4 wks! I know the baby is about the size of a poppy seed right now however I feel massive, I'm clothes are tight, my belly is huge and rounded! I know it cannot be the baby causing it but it is normal to feel this big this early?
