Nuvaring and antibiotics

So I'm on Nuvaring and have been for 2 months now. I also take the antibiotic minocyclin edit acne, and today at my doctor appointment my doctor told me this could affect the efficacy of the ring. However, in the pamphlet I received at the pharmacy and on the planned parenthood website it says only the antibiotic rifampin affects it. Both my doctor and the pamphlet are legitimate sources but they're conflicting??? Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks!
