Could I be? Am I??

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 11 months. Using ovulation tests, went to the dr.... No success so far. But, my period was supposed to start yesterday. I'm pretty regular. It did not. So by late morning, I took a test. It was negative. However, as of almost 9pm the next day, still no period. I'm going to test again in the morning if I still don't have it. Im just so scared to get my hopes up.
