IUD mirena insertion a week ago, i cannot feel the strings wth?? il

I had gotten the IUD mirena last week, just 3 days after my period,it  was completely gone, however, i cant feel my IUD strings, idk is it because i probably have to wait until my next period etc? Im afraid that it has fallen out when i went to do a bowel movement, but ive read its impossible for it to come out like that etc. kinda regretting this BC, cause i shouldnt be this worry with it. 😒😒 like wtf is the point of getting it if it can fall out 😐😐😐😐😐😐😐 i hope im not the only one going through this! #help
