Getting an IUD tomorrow

Ive been on the pill for 2 years now and I loved it while it lasted! Now im ready for something a little easier to deal with. Im getting an IUD tomorrow 😣😣😯😯 im pretty nervous about it. Does anyone have any tips! Anything helps.
