It feels like really bad menstrual cramps and to add to it I have diarrhea 😭😭 is this it?? I'm 37 weeks and 6days 3cm dilated last time I was checked

If Tylenol, a hot shower, or movement doesn't slow down the contractions or at least decrease the intensity, you are possibly in labor. True labor is contractions that get stronger in intensity, duration and frequency and is unrelieved by any of the above methods. Also, know when you go in and the check your cervix, if you haven't made any change since your last exam it is your right to walk for an hour or so at the hospital and be rechecked before they send you home!
