2 year old sick. HELP

Okay so my 2 year old has a cough, runny nose, sore throat, " he says it hurts and won't eat or drink", fever, and poops.. I got him some Zarbees medication over the counter to help with cough and his nose.. And Tylenol and Motrin to help with fever and aches.. He also won't let me touch him.. He has never been like this.. His doctor said to just give him pedialyte and make him blow his nose!! Someone help this doesn't seem right at all!! He isn't himself and very lethargic! Is there anything else I can do to help my little guy out? Is there any better OTC meds??
