hsv affects during pregnancy

Does anyone know if they still got a breakout while pregnant even on medication to keep it away?  I havent had a breakout since diagnosed. I also am doing well on my periods since diagnosed. Ppl say the periods causes break out. Thankfully it isnt the case with me. I am hoping to never have another breakout. But i do plan to have another baby. I just want to know the greater chances of not having a c section
