I had the same thing happen 4 days ago. I went to the walk in for a piece of mind. They did an US and I was able to hear the heartbeat. Hope you are doing better!

I wouldn't rush to the er or anything, just give your clinic a call and they will likely tell you it's normal, maybe schedule an earlier ultrasound, or maybe do 2 beta hcg tests to see if you're progressing
