Worrisome cysts

So I just got back from my re and I found out from my last u/s where I had 2 cysts to now having 4 cysts all on the same side. There's also a high chance of adnexal torsion ( twisting of the overy/ Fallopian tube) 😖😢 which can cause the overy to die. Since I have pcos it's already a challenge to get pregnant.. So now after trying for 15 months I have to go back on bc for a month 😤😡 to see if the cysts clear up..... If not I'm in line for surgery to remove them😕
