Am I crazy?!

I miscarried July 29th and I my hcg was at 2 on August 11. On August 15 I had a small amount of EWCM that disappeared after I saw it. In the days following I noticed EWCM a couple of times but I had the most on Friday August 19 so I suspect that is when O happened. We had sex every other day since the 11th. Yesterday I was having twingy cramps (identical to the ones I had before my last pregnancy) and today I have mild period cramps but no AF. If I ovulated on the 19th could implantation have already happened?!? My cycle seems so unpredictable since my MC that I feel so lost! I was so on top of my cycle before and now I feel clueless.
